Meet the Candidates

I accepted this nomination at the Town Caucus to volunteer my expertise to the town of Sandisfield for the greater good. I have a very specific set of skills as a real estate appraiser over the last 30 years that I believe will benefit members of the community who wish to present plans to the town.

Having completed thousands of appraisals throughout my career, I have extensive knowledge and education in real estate research, legal analysis of real estate deeds, and legal contracts culminating in market valuations. I have also recently retired from the past 10 years in corporate banking for Bank of America as a Senior Real Estate Analyst and Senior Appraisal Reviewer for compliance and regulatory adherence on a national level. I also worked as a Change Management Liaison to relative groups in corporate banking to assist, manage, and advance their initiatives.

I look forward to sharing what I have learned over my career and to bringing my expertise to the Planning Board to advance the mission of the Town's initiatives going forward.
