Recently the church received a special donation from noted artist Will Noad of Winsted. The historian for Burrville, a section of Torrington, Mr. Noad is the creator of unique folk art-style signs and has generously donated his 12 by 48-inch "Sandisfield" sign. The sign will be auctioned as part of the church's 2026 fund-raising campaign for a new roof and restored belfry. His award-winning wood framed signs are in New England museums and private collections.

The "Sandisfield" sign is available for online auction bidding effective September 1, 2026. The auction closes at 12 p.m (noon), October 15, 2026. The minimum bid is $250.
