INCOME ELIGIBLE CATEGORY – Available for income eligible homeowners – or income eligible property owners with rental units. If your present gross income falls within Guidelines, you may qualify as an INCOME ELIGIBLE property owner, and receive rehabilitation funds. Additional income information must accompany this application.

Does your Home need critical repairs? The Housing Rehab Program may be able to help. If you qualify this program can provide up to $70,000 to help cover the cost of repairs in your home.

The Town of Sandisfield has partnered with the Town of Lenox for the Housing Rehabilitation Program. This program is funded by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities with federal funds from HUD's Community Development Block Grant program. The Town of Lenox submitted the application on our behalf. This program can assist with providing critical home repairs.

Some of the qualifying repairs include, but are not limited to:

New Roof
New Siding
New Windows & Doors
New Heating System
New Septic System
Lead Paint Abatement
Handicapped Accessibility and more!
