The Senior and Veteran tax workoff program offers seniors the opportunity to earn up to $1,000 that can be applied towards their tax payments. Individuals can work up to 66 hours paid at minimum wage (currently $15 per hour).

Town Hall has listed some projects for this program:

• Sorting items at the swap shop at the transfer station.
• Working in the gardens here at Town Hall and at the Old Town Hall.
• Helping with Transfer Station Stickers and Dog Licenses.
• Sorting items for the Town Clerk.
• We are particularly searching for individuals to assist with selling Transfer Station Stickers at Town Hall anytime Mondays through Thursdays from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. through June and July.
