The Town of Sandisfield is seeking a qualified indivdual to take on the role of Building Commissioner/Zoning Enforcement Officer.

Part-time, flexible hours, two (2) in-person office hours required. Duties include, but are not limited to, enforcement of State Building Code and Town Zoning Bylaws, conducting plan review, issuing building permits, and investigating complaints. Must be proficient with PermitEyes. Must be a certified Building Commissioner, or certified MA Building Inspector with ability to obtain certification as a Building Commissioner within 18 months of appointment.
